General Booking

How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, WhatsApp, social media or in clinic.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

Is my deposit transferable?
Yes. Your deposit is fully transferable to any treatment or retail product in clinic, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to change your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations, reschedules or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

What happens if I’m late?
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, rescheduling or additional charges where applicable.

Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not offer refunds, compensation or returns on treatments, services, retail products or gift vouchers.

Can someone attend my appointment with me?
To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, only the client receiving treatment may enter the treatment room unless otherwise agreed.

Do I need to disclose my medical history?
Yes. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications or recent treatments that may affect your suitability for treatment.

Do I need a patch test?
Some treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. If required, we’ll let you know when booking.
Injectables

What injectable treatments do you offer?
We offer anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides, bio-stimulators, fat dissolving, hair restoration and eye rejuvenation treatments.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Your practitioner will assess your concerns during your consultation and recommend the most suitable treatment plan.

Do injectable treatments hurt?
Most treatments involve minimal discomfort. Numbing cream is available for treatments where appropriate.

How long do anti-wrinkle injections last?
Results typically last around 3–4 months, depending on the individual.

How long do dermal fillers last?
Most dermal fillers last between 6–18 months, depending on the area treated and the product used.

How many skin booster treatments will I need?
Most skin boosters achieve the best results as a course of 2–3 treatments, followed by maintenance sessions.

Is there any downtime?
Some redness, swelling or bruising is normal after injectable treatments and usually settles within a few days.

How many sessions will I need?
Most clients require a course of 6–8 sessions for the best long-term results, although this varies depending on the treatment area and individual hair growth.

Most clients describe the sensation as a warm flick or elastic band snap. Treatments are generally well tolerated.

Do I need to shave before my appointment?
Yes. We recommend shaving the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment unless advised otherwise.

Can I have laser treatment in summer?
Yes, although you’ll need to avoid sun exposure before and after treatment and wear SPF as advised.
